To withdraw the received item on your Steam account, first of all you need to add and configure the trade link (detailed instructions are specified in your account in the "Settings" section). Next select the desired item in the "Inventory" section and click the "Withdraw to Steam" button. Confirm trade offer on Steam no later than one hour after withdrawal. If you don not confirm trade offer, it will be returned to your inventory on the site.
In some cases, the item may not be delivered to your inventory on Steam:
- You have entered an invalid trade link
- Your inventory on Steam is private
- Your trade banned (one of the most common cases of delivery problems)
- Problems with Steam connection
If you cannot withdraw items to your account on Steam, please contact our support service no later than 6 hours from the moment of case opening. We will definitely help you to solve this problem.
